A team of IU Credit Union volunteers helped out at the Hoosier Hills Food Bank during the Martin Luther King, Jr. “Day of Service.“ Credit Union volunteers worked to package items for the Food Bank’s USDA Commodity Supplemental Food Program. The Credit Union assisted in packing 600 dry foods product boxes to help feed low-income seniors throughout three rural southern Indiana counties.
The Hoosier Hills Food Bank has several volunteer opportunities available. If you are interested in volunteering, please email volunteer@hhfoodbank.org.
