IUCU Helps Hoosiers Outrun Cancer

Team IUCU came together at Simon Skjodt Addembly Hall in Bloomington on the morning of September 24, 2022 for the 23rd Annual Hoosiers Outrun Cancer – a community celebration of all the amazing people who have faced cancer in our community. 100% of the funds raised from this event provide free cancer support services to anyone impacted by cancer (patients, survivors, families, caregivers, and friends).
Habitat for Humanity Women+ Build

We were happy to provide breakfast for women builders on September 15, 2022. Women+ Build brings together over 300 women and volunteers who work alongside future homeowners to build two homes over the course of 12 build days. Kudos to IUCU employees, Elyse Beebe, Sloane Lock, and Casey Warthan, who volunteered for Women + Build on September 21, 2022. Together, they raised a total of $1,165 for the cause.
IUCU at the Monroe County Fall Festival

The Monroe County Fall Festival returned to S. Park Street in Ellettsville on September 15-17, 2022. Highlights of the festival included food vendors, live music, games for all ages, craft vendors, a parade, and commercial booths. IUCU employees enjoyed meeting community members throughout the festival.

Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. The Bloomington walk took place at Switchyard Park on September 11, 2022.
