IUCU members have once again responded to the call for coats and other winter clothing items in the annual Salvation Army Coat Drive. Thank you! Your donated items were distributed free of charge to assist area families in need. Keep an eye out for the Salvation Army’s Red Kettles during the holiday season.

IU Credit Union made a $5,000 donation to the Foundation of Monroe County Community Schools General Endowment Fund. IUCU’s contribution will help build the Foundation’s endowment, building a sustainable source of support for public education in perpetuity. The long-term goal is to help MCCSC with salaried positions. Different times call for different measures! City of Bloomington Parks and Recreation award the Credit Union a plaque for stepping up to become the presenting sponsor the City’s Independence Day Reverse Parade. Well over 200 vehicles passed by the stationary floats and displays in celebration of our Nation’s independence.
