IU Credit Union offers a variety of ways to update your address, phone number and email:
To update your personal information, click on "My Settings"* at the top of the page. If you have more than one account, you will need to log into each account to update them individually or send us an Online Banking secure email including all account numbers.
Please Note: To update your personal information, visit the "Personal Information" header under "My Settings" in Online and Mobile Banking. To update the email address where you would like to receive eStatements, visit the eStatements & Notices portal in Online Banking. Be sure to also update your personal information in each account access portal that you use – ie. Credit Card Portal, Mortgage Loan Portal, and the loan payment portal.
*For international address changes please call us or send us a secure email.
