If you make loan payments* with funds from another financial institution, we offer an online payment solution through ProPay. ProPay is a service that allows you to make a one-time payment or schedule recurring payments using ACH or a debit card^ from any U.S. financial institution. Within the portal, you may cancel pending payments, add or modify your payment method and set up payment reminders.
To use ProPay, you will need to register by entering your account number and last four digits of the primary member's Social Security number. You only have to register once per account number. If you have more than one loan under your account number, you will see all of your loans when you log in to the system.
During the enrollment process, you will be required to enter an email address and select a four-digit passcode.
*ProPay is applicable for consumer loans. Credit card and mortgage payments each go through separate portals.
^Using a debit card will incur a fee. There is no charge for an ACH from a savings or checking account.
