Avoid Bad Address and Inactive Account Fees
To avoid a monthly bad address fee, keep your address updated with IU Credit Union. It's also a good practice to keep your phone numbers current.
If the Primary Account owner is 18 or older, the account is subject to a monthly Inactive Account Fee when the account remains inactive for six months or more. To avoid this fee, simply use your account—make deposits or withdrawals, use your debit card, keep an active loan, certificate, or IRA on your account, and/or maintain a $500 cumulative account balance.
